Rüdiger Hartmann has had illustrious career at KfW where he has worked for the past 30 years. Prior to becoming Director of the Belgrade Office in August 2020, he was heading the Departments for Instruments and Policies of Financial Cooperation and for Financial Cooperation with Latin America and the Caribbean. KfW supports energy efficiency both in Germany and in the Western Balkans. In Serbia, KfW both helping to refurbish public buildings and supporting SMEs trying to reduce their carbon footprint.
