Vladislav has 29 years of diverse professional experience in the private and public sectors, covering financial consulting, management, privatisation, investment, policy development, project management and strategy development.
During his 12 years in public sector projects, Vladislav led or participated in project teams on key reform initiatives of the Serbian transition governments since 2001. Experience includes banking and insurance sector reform and privatisation, restructuring and pre-privatization of large state-owned enterprises, largest Serbian M&A transactions, and other reform agenda projects developed and implemented in the context of economic transition in Serbia with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, National Bank of Serbia, Ministry of Energy and Telecommunication and other regulatory bodies and agencies.
In his role as Director of the Serbian Privatization Agency from 2009 to 2013, Vladislav was responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of numerous individual privatisation and restructuring projects, as well as the development of privatisation policies and the improvement of the regulatory framework.
